Leave your bandage on for 4 to 12 hours. Discard after initial use. (If you are not using a transparent bandage)

Wash your hands with antibacterial soap before removing your bandage, and every time you touch your tattoo.

Remove your bandage, and gently wash your tattoo with liquid antibacterial fragrance free soap (such as Dial), and clean, warm water.

Gently blot your tattoo dry with a clean paper towel, and allow to air dry for about 10 minutes.

Gently apply a thin layer of Aquaphor ointment 4 - 6 times per day. Continue until tattoo is finished flaking, about 2 weeks.

Once your tattoo has stopped flaking, you can begin to start using an unscented lotion, such as Aveno.

Wash and lotion your tattoo 4 - 6 times per day, until it has finished healing (about 2-4 weeks).
